Frank Flynn is a former Canada Revenue Agency Senior Collections Enforcement Officer. Frank holds a Joint Major Bachelors Degree from Trent University in English Literature and Cultural Studies. He has published essays, letters, plays and articles in national and international magazines and periodicals. Frank is a frequently called upon blogger and has contributed articles to Canadian Money Savers, Financial Highway, Retire Happy, and Canadian Tax Resource.  Frank operates Taxpayer Relief Letters, a niche writing service and consultancy specializing in writing applications for relief from penalty and interest, and managing relations with the collections division of the Canada Revenue Agency.
