Register for this Academy Learning Lab: Scoring Your Client’s Financial Fitness presented by David MacDonald, MBA, CMRP, Group Vice President, Environics Research Group.  

David will inform, engage and empower you with a deep understanding of the art and science behind the Financial Fitness Score, an attitudinal, behavioural and outcomes measure, that is reflective of your client’s personal finances and important to your work with them.

Through this Learning Lab, you will be equipped to further assist clients shift their thinking towards money management, leading to better client outcomes through deep understanding of Canadian financial fitness research and tracking.   
David-MacDonald

David MacDonald oversees Environics’ research programs. He works with clients, including the financial services sector, to design and execute custom studies, that involve both qualitative and quantitative surveys. David has led projects involving the application of social values analysis and consumer segmentation strategies, twice receiving Awards of Excellence and Best In Class for research. 

A member of the Environics Research Group since 1999, David holds a Dean’s List MBA in International Business from Schulich, and a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from the University of Toronto. In 2008, he earned the Certified Marketing Research Professional (CMRP) designation. David has been a member of the Advisory Committee of the Georgian College Research Analyst Program (RAP) since 2001, and is currently serving as Committee Chair.
